How to cancel my HeyHelp subscription

We’re sorry to see you go! Before deleting your HeyHelp account, please follow these steps carefully.

1. Cancel your paid subscription (if applicable)

If you are on a paid plan, make sure to cancel your subscription before deleting your account to avoid future charges.

1. Log in to your HeyHelp account at [https://app.heyhelp.ai]().
2. Click on your profile icon (top-right corner).
3. Select Billing from the dropdown menu.
4. Under the Free plan, click Choose plan.
5. Fill out and submit the cancellation form.

Our team will downgrade you to the Free plan and confirm via email once processed.

2. Delete your HeyHelp account

To permanently remove your account and associated data:

1. Go to AI assistants.
2. Disconnect your Gmail account by clicking on Disconnect.
3. Email us at [hey@heyhelp.ai]() from the address you want deleted.
4. (Optional) In Gmail, manually delete any HeyHelp labels that remain.

Important notes

• Deleting your account is permanent — we cannot restore your data once removed.
• If you only want to stop using premium features, consider downgrading to the Free plan instead.
