How to delete my HeyHelp account

We’re sorry to see you go! Before deleting your HeyHelp account, please follow these steps carefully.

1. Cancel your paid subscription (if applicable)

If you are on a paid plan, make sure to cancel your subscription before deleting your account to avoid future charges.

Please fill out and submit the cancellation form and our team will confirm the cancellation as soon as possible by email.

2. Delete your HeyHelp account

To permanently remove your account and associated data:

1. Go to AI assistants.
2. Disconnect your Gmail account by clicking on Disconnect.
3. Email us at hey@heyhelp.ai from the address you want deleted.
4. (Optional) In Gmail, manually delete any HeyHelp labels that remain.

Important notes

• Deleting your account is permanent — we cannot restore your data once removed.
